The Cotton Grande Dual 12 not only features Ecogreen foam and Geomemory memory foam, but also a layer of foam with extract from the mallow flower, resulting in soft, comfortable support. In Queen, King, and CA King sizes, it features the Dualcore system, allowing you to adjust your comfort level simply by flipping the mattress. Cover is removable and dry cleanable.
